Charlton Battling for Pericard?
Charlton are believed to be one of a couple of clubs interested in signing Carlisle's Vincent Pericard.
Pericard is on a short-term contract with The Blues that runs until the middle of January and has as yet been unable to agree a new and improved contract with the League 1 club, which is thought to have alerted Phil Parkinson to his possible availability.
The 27-year-old was a player that interested Parkinson when he left Stoke City but it was Carlisle that snapped him up however his impressive form has alerted him again, and our League 1 rivals Southampton.
