Charlton Borrow From QPR

See what I did there with the title! Charlton have signed left back Gary Borrowdale on a one-month emergency loan.

We've been left short of a recognised left back after injuries to others so Phil Parkinson has brought in the 24-year-old on loan from Queens Park Rangers, Parkinson told The Official Website: "We're pleased to get Gary on board.

"I think everyone realises that we need a recognised left-back and Gary is a quality player with a natural left foot who gives us balance on that side of the pitch."

The former Crystal Palace youngster will go straight into the squad to face Gillingham on Saturday and is expected to also go straight into the side to offer us that better balance, something that we've been lacking.

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Gary Borrowdale's loan arrival? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.
