Swindon Are the one Charlton Want!

Swindon Are the one Charlton Want!

Charlton still have a chance of gaining automatic promotion but the play-offs look our most likely route to achieve this and Swindon Town are the side most people want us to face.

By gaining 37% of the vote in a recent Vital Charlton Poll (from Rufus) Swindon are the side that most would prefer us to play in the play-offs, if that is what we need? The chances are this will be the case if it wasn't Swindon then 31% wanted Huddersfield Town (who like everyone else going for the play-offs can still technically finish second) to be the next in line.

14% would like Leeds United, 12% Millwall with the remainder not bothered who we would face, if we need to take part in the play-offs!

The full round up of that poll can be found on the view all polls section to the right just above the current poll, which of course needs your vote!

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on this polls findings? Did you agree or disagree? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.

Hopefully Swindon and Millwall can draw, Leeds lose and we beat Oldham and we'll not need the play-offs anyway! If only it was that simple.

We'll play who we have to play, I'm not that worried who as we'll have to beat the best of we want to go up anyway. If we even need the play-offs?
