Sam's Charlton Exits Draws Closer

Sam's Charlton Exits Draws Closer

If the chances of Lloyd Sam leaving Charlton this summer had not already increased with our failure to come through the League 1 play-offs they have now with increasing interested in the winger.

Sam has previously interested Newcastle and an interest from The Magpies could still be there following their promotion to the Premier League. However Skysports.com says that relegated Burnley have joined the list of Championship sides that are believed to be monitoring the situation, along with Leicester, QPR and Sheffield United.

The 25-year-old, who came through our youth system is out of contract this summer and is expected to leave SE7 to play at a higher level.
