Wagstaff Signs On For Two More Years

Wagstaff Signs On For Two More Years

The Charlton future of Scott Wagstaff has been assured after he signed a new contract today.

Wagstaff returning to training on Monday made it likely that the 20-year-old would sign a new contract and last season's Young Player of the Year has done just that, committing his future to The Addicks for the next two-years.

The midfielder told The Official Website: "I'm delighted to sign a new deal. It shows the club has faith in my ability and now I'm looking forward to pushing on this season."

What did I say yesterday. I thought that he would sign this contract before the pre-season friendly against AFC Wimbledon tomorrow and he has so he'll now feature.

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Scott Wagstaff signing his new contract? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.
