'If It's Football, It's Vital'

It's Now Or Never Tamer

He might still be very young and have plenty of time ahead of him but it's just about time for Tamer Tuna to either step up and take his Charlton chance or I don't think it'll not come.

The teenager scored again pre-season when he netted for a Charlton XI against Bedford Town, however scoring against Bedford and League 1 opponents are different things but if Tuna is going to do this he'll not get a better opportunity than now.

With Phil Parkinson desperately short of striking options it's down to the youngster to stake his claim at SE7 by scoring in pre-season and impressing The Addicks boss in training. If he does this then there's every chance that the striker will be there or thereabout for Charlton this season.

If Tuna is going to have a long-term future at The Valley I think that this is the season for him to step up and take it or I believe it'll pass him by.

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Tamer Tuna? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.

This is it Tamer. You have either got it or you haven't. The opportunity of, at least, a regular place on the bench this season is there. Grab it, or regret it for the rest of your life.

Come on Tuna it's time to swim out into the big sea. Sorry, that was a pretty poor attempt at a pun but you get my point.
