No Way Jose, Semedo Stays

A move away from Charlton is something that Jose Semedo has been linked with for sometime now, however Richard Murray insists that this isn't going to happen.

Semedo has most recently been linked with Reading but The Addicks chairman says it'll take a ridiculous offer for us to contemplate selling him, Murray told The South London Press: "Jose is the last person we would want to sell.

"Unless we get a ridiculous offer, he will be staying with us because we don`t want to lose him."

The midfielder is too good for League 1 football really isn't he but if there is anyway that we can manage to keep him at SE7 then we need to.

Failure to secure promotion, or be in the hunt at January will see Semedo (and other top players that we have left) move on but to have any chance of doing this we need to keep these types of players.

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Richard Murray saying that Jose Semedo isn't for sale? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.

If Jose goes, will someone please turn out the Valley lights before they leave. They won't be needed any more!
