Tuna On Target Again

If he wants to be given a proper crack at the Charlton first-team this season then Tamer Tuna continues to do his chances no harm at all as he was on target again last night.

Tuna scored as a Charlton XI beat Bromley 2-0. Having been fouled the youngster picked himself up to make no mistake from the spot. As with previous pre-season games we must remember that teams like Bromley are a long way off the sort of quality we'll face in League 1, however goals help build confidence at any level so the more he scores the better he'll feel about his chances.

Goalkeeper Andy Marshall and French midfielder Guillaume Norbert, who was with Le Havre last season also featured. The 29-year-old, who has also played for Paris Saint Germain and Arsenal got 73 minutes.

Icelandic international striker Gunnar Thorvaldsson also featured as did Hayes & Yeading midfielder James Mulley.

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Tamer Tuna scoring again, and the trialists we had turning out for us? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.
