Parkinson Post Huddersfield

Charlton slipped to their first League 1 defeat of the season at Huddersfield Town on Saturday afternoon, going down 3-1.

Phil Parkinson believes that we started the game well and were the better team for a large period but the concession of two quick goals turned the game in The Terrier's favour, Parkinson told BBC London 94.9: "In the first half I thought we started very well.

"In the first twenty five minutes we were the better team but then we conceded two quick goals and gave Huddersfield a huge lift."

Even in the second half The Addicks Boss felt we had our chances but chasing the game left us open at the back and this was exploited, adding: "In second half we had a lot of good openings but we left ourselves exposed at the back."

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Phil Parkinson's thoughts following our Huddersfield defeat? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.
