'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Former Addick Finds A New Home

After being without a club since Charlton released him at the end of last season Leon McKenzie has finally fixed himself up with someone new.

McKenzie looked like he could be left on the football scrap heap but the 32-year-old has now signed a contract with Northampton Town until the end of the season.

The striker didn't make a start for The Addicks and spent most of his time on the treatment table so it came as no surprise at all when Phil Parkinson decided not to offer the former Crystal Palace, Peterborough and Norwich City striker a new deal.

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Leon McKenzie finding a new club? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.

The Cobblers will find out the easy or hard way if McKenzie is a good signing. I think he'll struggle, however if he can stay fit he should be able to do a job in League 2 shouldn't he?
