Home Tie Awaits If Charlton See Of Barnet

Home Tie Awaits If Charlton See Of Barnet

Charlton's name went into the hat for the FA Cup second round draw this afternoon and if we can see of Barnet in our first round replay a home tie awaits.

The Bees will need to be dispatched at The Valley in the replay following the 0-0 draw at Underhill on Saturday, and if we do this the winners of the Corby Town or Luton tie will come to SE7.

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on our possible FA Cup second round opponents? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.

On face value we have two relatively easy hurdles to reach the 3rd round...however the FA cup alwys has some nasssty banana skins for the clubs that show a lack of respect or complacency towards the opposition...

We really should've done the hard part against Barnet and The Valley replay see us through, however we can't take anything for granted. If we do finish the job the next one will be tough but again at The Valley we should make it into round three.
