Elliot The Charlton Catalyst

Phil Parkinson has paid tribute to Rob Elliot for the part that he's played in our revival in form recently.

We've started to find form recently (at least we're getting the results) winning our last three League 1 games as well as drawing our FA Cup first round tie with Barnet and winning the Johnstone's Paint Trophy game against Southend United on Tuesday.

Parkinson feels that The Addicks goalkeeper is an example that it takes time to get to where you want to be and his form has been a catalyst for the revival and moves forward, Parkinson said: "It takes time and Robbie's a good example of that.

"His form in the last few weeks has shown us all what he is, which is a very good goalkeeper."

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Phil Parkinson's thoughts Robbie Elliot? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.
