Result: Charlton 0-2 Colchester

Result: Charlton 0-2 Colchester

Charlton are still highly likely to be promoted, and be promoted as league one champions, although they will not finish the season unbeaten at home following defeat to Colchester.

Colchester got off to a fine start with Anthony Wordsworth (5) opening the scoring early on, and this lead was taken into the break.

Many would have expected Charlton to strike back but this wasn't managed with a 2-0 victory secured when Steven Gillespie (73) capitalised on a goalkeeping mistake.

Another defeat for Sheffield United however leaves the gap as it was.
