Addicks Fail To Deliver

Addicks Fail To Deliver

Charlton slumped to their third home defeat of the season on Saturday when Barnsley gained a deserved 1-0 win.

The 'Football For A Fiver' initiative attracted a bumper crowd of 26,185 so it was a pity the hosts turned in a poor performance.

Charlton also lost Ricardo Fuller to a hamstring injury and the front man is likely to be out for several weeks. The Addicks now face two tough looking away games in the next few days. They travel to Leeds on Tuesday then visit Wolves on Saturday.
