'If It's Football, It's Vital'

The Late, Late Man

Chris Powell shuffled his pack on Tuesday evening and was rewarded with a good performance from his team.

Cedric Evina came in at left-back with Chris Solly reverting to his favoured position on the right. Solly's move allowed Lawrie Wilson to move forward into midfield. Dorian Dervite was included in midfield to provide a shield in front of the back-four.

Bradley Pritchard only found out he was playing a few minutes before kick-off, when Dale Stephens' ongoing hamstring problem caused him to drop out. Pritchard had a fine game, his energy was breathtaking.

David Norris gave Leeds the lead against the run of play but Dorian Dervite notched a deserved equaliser four minutes after the restart.

The Addicks went on to have the better chances but had to settle for a point.
