Replay Set And Cherries Game Is Off

Replay Set And Cherries Game Is Off

The date for Charlton's FA cup third round replay with Oxford has been confirmed, but a championship fixture has been lost.

In order to get back on track, and get this out of the way before the fourth round, the Addicks will travel to Oxford's Kassam Stadium on Tuesday 21st January in a game that'll kick off at 7:45pm.

Charlton were meant to be playing Bournemouth on Saturday 25th January, at the Valley, but with Bournemouth confirming their place in the fourth round on Tuesday they'll be in cup action that weekend anyway.

Should Charlton overcome Oxford in the replay they'll be taking on Huddersfield in the fourth round, if not they'll have a free weekend.

With Oxford having such a poor home record the Addicks would fancy their chances, even Oxford boss Chris Wilder isn't that hopeful that his side can win the replay!
