Pardew found not guilty
A Disciplinary Commission found that the charge, relating to an incident whilst he was manager of West Ham United, was not proven.
The charge concerned Pardew's conduct on the touchline towards the end of the match against Arsenal at Upton Park on Sunday 5 November.
Pardew angered Arsene Whinger Wenger by celebrating, as Marlon Harewood scored a deserved last minute goal to give his ex employers` three points. Wenger was furious and spat his dummy out. Wenger admitted to the same charge and paid a fine. Alan Pardew has now been cleared.
That really is going to upset the Gooners fans.
