Darren and Luke Back In Training

Alan Pardew will welcome the two England stars back with open arms, after seeing the Addicks hopes of survival sinking fast.

Without Darren Bent in the team we have been very shy in front of goal and Marcus Bent and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, have only managed the 1 goal between them in his absence.

Luke Young has also been missed at the back. The club captain is eager to return to help keep Charlton in the Premiership.

Pardew told the Daily Mirror: 'I can report that we have two very welcome faces returning. Darren and Luke Young are back in training.'

'With what we have to spend, we will not see two better players in a Charlton shirt this season'.

Both players are pencilled in for returns away to league leaders Man Utd.
