Pards eyes new keeper
Charlton are looking at Portuguese goalkeeper Carlos Alberto Fernandez.
The 27-year-old has featured in the UEFA Champions League this season with former club Steaua Bucharest.
However, he left Steaua in January and is now looking to seal a move to a new club.
Charlton have agreed to a trial for the former Boavista man - and he featured in the reserve team clash with West Ham on Monday night.
Scott Carson is current number one at The Valley, but he is only on loan from Liverpool and looks set to return to Anfield in the summer.
That would then leave The Addicks with just young keepers as Thomas Myhre has already agreed terms on a move to Viking.
The club would be willing to try and strike a deal for Carson but on his current form he would be well out of our reach. The rumour is he could be off to Arsenal. One things for sure it will not be long until Scotty is the England number one.
