Club For Sale?

Club For Sale?

Charlton Athletic may be sold on to foreign investors it was revealed on Thursday afternoon.

Charlton Athletic plc released a statement following the appointment of financial advisors, the same advisors that acted in helping the sales of West Ham, Aston Villa and Chelsea.

The statement read: 'The board of Charlton confirms that it has hired Seymour Pierce Limited to consider a range of strategic options, which may or may not lead to an offer for the company.'

Is this a good move for Charlton Athletic as they look to get back into the Premier League? Post your comments either below or in the forums.

As much as we would all love the club to have more money and be able to spend big, it just wouldn't be CAFC. Although i guess after some getting used to....
