Do the Addicks Need More?

The transfer window might have closed until the start of 2008, but that doesn't necessarily mean that this is the end of Alan Pardew's signings just yet.

Until the end of the month Alan Pardew can make loan signings should he so wish, but does he need to? The Addicks have recently denied an interest in Spurs' young striker Terry Dixon along with Wigan defender Fitz Hall, but that might not mean that there is no one of interest being looked at.

Despite an Addicks squad that appears well stocked, and in most areas, could Alan Pardew do with strengthening anywhere just to make sure we get through to January okay?

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on this issue? Would you like to see one or two new loan arrivals at the Valley or are they not required? Share these feeling below so we can discuss them.

The old saying is, you can never have too many good players, but signing for the sake of signing is not required is it, so why not leave things as they are.

wait just a moment, we have 2 defenders on loan...our midfield is EXCELLENT going forward..but leaves gaps behind them, our strikers have been brilliant, notably iwelumo and todorov, we have no need for strikers...or midfielders...i am still not happy with ambrose, how can a player have so much visible talent in one game, and then be less than a championship league player the next?? only he can tell you...sam has been great, i would start him every game... but our defence!!! i am sure it will get better, and to be honest...we should be top by a mile...paddy needs to get with it and fast..magic needs to also, great player...now prove it...fortune is doing okay...but we need to tighten up at the back...but then again...we want goals and entertainment...i want 4-0 every game, but would take 1-0...but 4-3 3-2 2-2 is a lot to ask of a fans ticker!!! please boys...more of the palace and norwich results please....but overall...WE ARE ALL PROUD>>>3rd place is great!! keep it up...its so good to see players wanting to WIN for us...alan is the best manager we have had from a tactical point of view.
