Young Charlton striker James Walker has joined League One outfit Yeovil Town on a three month loan deal which will see the young star spend the rest of 2007 at Huish Park
Walker looks set to make his debut this Saturday against former loan club, Bristol Rovers. He made 5 appearences for The Pirates bagging one goal.
Yeovil becomes Walker's fifth loan stop away from The Valley as he looks to push himself into Alan Pardew's plans back in SE7.
The 20-year-old can count himself lucky to still be part of the Charlton set up after being told originally by former Addicks boss Alan Curbishley that he was no longer needed at the club. Iain Dowie then came in as Curbishley's replacement and was impressed with what he saw in Walker and gave him a new deal to stay in London.
Chris Saunders, another Addicks youngster has also secured a short term deal away from The Valley. He will join Blue Square Premier League side Ebbsfleet on work experience after playing in all three reserve games this season.
