Weaver MOTM against the Blades

He might have been beaten three times but Nicky Weaver was still voted the Addicks man of the match against Sheffield United.

By gaining 36% of the vote in a recent Vital Charlton poll Nicky Weaver, quite possibly the play of the season so far was voted the man of the match against the Blades.

Sam Sodje, Jerome Thomas, Chris Iwelumo and Madjid Bougherra (surprisingly as he only played 25 minutes) all tied for second place with 16%.

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Nicky weaver being voted the man of the match? Did you agree or disagree? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.

Quality goalkeeper, but I'm not so sure he should have won the man of the match poll really?

A very strange choice. We had 4 shots on target and scored 3 goals! I was surprised how poorly Charlton played on Tuesday, I take it you've been playing much better than that previously?
