Pardew Beaten to Award Again

For a second time this season Addicks boss Alan Pardew has been beaten to the Championship Manager of the Month Award.

In September West Brom boss Tony Mowbray piped Alan Pardew to the gong and for November Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws (who has seen a dramatic improvement of his Sheffield Wednesday side) has beaten Alan Pardew after his side picked up five wins and two draws.

The thing that possibly cost Alan Pardew this Award in November was the heavy defeat at the hands of Sheffield Wednesday's deadly rivals Sheffield United on Tuesday evening at the Valley, however Tony Mowbray and Hull boss Phil Brown were also in the running.

What is the thought among the Addicks followers on this site on Alan Pardew missing out on this Award again? Share these feelings below so we can discuss them.

He is a good manager and it's West Ham's loss all the way. He should have won this time surely! He'll win it one day soon I'm sure :)
