Charlton will take a sparse following to the game but many will be able to follow the game on Sky, who are showing it live.
The rules of the competition stipulate that a minimum of six of a team's most frequenly used players, or six who participated in their last, or who will play in the next game, must start a JPT game. Only five subs can be used and the match will go to penalties if the scores are level after 90 minutes.
Phil Parkinson will again be in the stands, serving the second of his two match touchline ban. The real question is which players will he choose to rest?
As with Charlton, trying to predict the MK Dons team is pure guess work.
Simon Francis was run ragged by Myles Weston on Saturday, Gary Doherty must surely have earned a break, Kyel Reid's suspect back and hamstrings may not be risked, while Lee Martin and Paul Benson may also miss out. There is the possibility that Parkinson may choose to go with a stronger than usual line-up in a bid to exorcise Saturday's first half horror show.
Rob Elliot returned to the side on Saturday but Ross Worner has been used in cup games this season and the injury prone Elliot may not be risked. Carl Jenkinson, due to go out on loan soon, may get a game at right-back while the game is an ideal opportunity for Christian Dailly to slot back in alongside Fortune or Llera. Matt Fry will probably complete the back-four.
Wagstaff's energy will probably see him start with Jackson or Martin being the other wide player. Alex Stavrinou may get a start in tandem with either Semedo or Racon.
Pawel Abbott is an almost certain starter up front and would probably have been partnered by Akpo Sodje. Sodje had to be taken off with what looked like a nasty hamstring injury on Saturday so could miss out. Tamer Tuna could get a rare start if Sodje's injury keeps him out.
Trevor Kettle from Rutland will be the referee.
