Swindon Town vs. Charlton Athletic

Swings And Roundabouts

.
Charlton will be seeking their first sequence of three consecutive league wins since last December when they completed the treble at Stockport.

Danny Wilson's team over achieved last season and have struggled to match those achievements this time around. Billy Paynter's prolific partnership with Charlie Austin has been broken up with the former moving to Leeds in the summer.

Swindon have injury and suspension worries with influential midfielder, Simon Ferry, being the latest following a horror tackle at Yeovil on Saturday.

The Addicks have no fresh injury worries though Lee Martin will be serving a one match ban for picking up a fifth yellow card on Saturday. It would be a surprise if Parkinson did not name an unchanged team with Tuna the most likely replacement for Martin on the bench.

The referee will be Russell Booth from Nottinghamshire.

If Charlton show the focus and commitment they did against Sheffield Wednesday, victory should not be beyond them.

Vital Quotes:

Swindon Town Team News:

Simon Ferry will be unavailable following a bad challenge at Yeovil at the weekend.

Always a threat.

Charlton Athletic Team News:

Lee Martin is suspended. Parkinson is likely to name the side that started against Sheffield Wednesday.

Player to watch: Therry Racon

Should take the game by the scruff of the neck.

Match Facts & Stats

Swindon are always a tricky customer but their prolific scoring of last year has diminished....if we are to maintain a promotion push a point is a must and 3 points would be a delight...come on you reds...
