The Addicks return to the Valley, where they are unbeaten, on Tuesday with a tough match against the Canaries, but a match that we should be looking to win nevertheless.

The Addicks Team News:

Chris Iwelumo and Svetoslav Todorov have been passed fit by Alan Pardew, so should continue their partnership but Luke Varney and Izale McLeod wait to fill in if needed. Addicks captain Andy Reid and defender Madjid Bougherra are both available.
Yassin Moutaouakil, Ben Thatcher and midfielder Matt Holland are close to fitness but are unlikely to feature.

Player to watch: Andy Reid

The Addicks captain made his return to the team as a substitute at the weekend and is expected to return to the starting line up on Tuesday.

The Canaries Team News:

Captain Jason Shackell returns, and the Canaries have not other new injury worries.
But Peter Grant will have to decide whether to stick with Chris Brown up front or bring in David Strihavka.

Player to watch: Jamie Cureton

The striker has been around the block a few times, but has scored goals wherever he has been so he will be the one to look out for.

Match Facts & Stats

The Addicks were 4-0 winners when they hosted the Canaries during the 2004-05 season, the last time the sides met.
In all competitions, the head-to-head stats stack up like this: Charlton won 30, Norwich won 24, draws 16.

Ref Watch:

Referee: J Singh
Assistants: M T McCoy and R P Whitton
Fourth Official: D S Margetts

Match Prediction:

At home the Addicks have to be winning really, so I have to say an Addicks win.

Next Fixtures:

Leicester at the Valley on Saturday.

Not an easy match, you don't get too many of these anyway do you, but a match the Addicks have to win, more so when at home if we are to go straight back up this season.

Well I'm hoping for a home win! Would it be really cheesy if I said that Peter Grant has learned from the best ;) Haha I remember him when he was up here - seemed like he was at Celtic forever LOL Should be interesting anyway!!!

No offence! How can you say something like that and not mean offence? I wouldn't wish something like that upon anyone.
